Elementary and JH UIL contestants will compete in Claude on Thursday, November 14th. The bus will leave at 7:15 am. The school will provide lunch, but students can bring money for extra food/snacks at the concession.

Groom ISD is inviting our local Veterans and any interested community members to attend our Annual Veterans Day Celebration for 2024. It will take place on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. in the Groom School Auditorium.

Groom ISD is now accepting referrals for students who may need Gifted/Talented Services for the school year. This program is designed for students who exhibit intellectual and creative thinking abilities at an extraordinary level not normally served in the regular classroom. Services are provided only upon identification of education needs of the student. Anyone wishing to refer a student attending Groom ISD in kindergarten through twelfth grade this school year is asked to go by the front office and request a copy of the referral form. This form must be returned to the school by November 29th. Those unable to go by the school should call the school office to request a form to be sent to them.
Reminder: Groom ISD will not have classes on Monday, 11/04/2024. Classes resume Tuesday, 11/05/2024 at Regular Time. Have a great extended weekend.
